Flowergirl was inspired by one of those wipe-clean paintings from the 70s that Katie bought at a Birmingham car boot sale. The picture was of a beautiful girl with long flowing hair and flowers behind her ears. Katie thought it would be great to do a design of a girl who had flowers instead of hair and then imagine all the little insects that would be attracted to her like a garden. |
